Hmm good idea but some of the guys in there are wasted as they pretty much remain the same during the game as they at the start. Guys like Zapata, Richards, messi, Akinfeev, Marcelo, Aguero, Rafinha, Silva, Fabregas & Rooney pretty much remain as is so no point trying with them mate.
The rest of them seem fine. I'd add:
Araujo
Cahais
Sunny
Aaron
Pato
Sakho
Wijnaldum
Preston Edwards
Half of those players on your list are well & truly advanced in their development, even though they're still quite young.
For 'all' those players on your list, its sort of a no-brainer that their attributes are gonna be pretty special even with just 'decent' training...
I think it'd be interesting to see how well you could develop players with -8 potential (PA 130-160)
If i had the time & maybe the willpower, i'd go through the editor and find a bunch of -8's, get some top coaches, and see how well i can develop them.
You can definately get some decent players for the top leagues with the -8's (particularly lower-midtable sides & and on the cheap).
I dunno, just doesnt seem much of a challenge getting the best out of those players you mentioned...

to PrinceOfWangZi - what i tend to do, is go onto search, select staff and then filter results to show staff with at least 20 in that specific area. You tend to find quite a few.
The only names that spring to mind are people like Stefona Erainio or Espozito.
