I've been wishing for the ability to manage Reserve/Youth teams and then advance up the managerial ladder since FM broke away from CM. Can never see it happening though.
I'd like the lowest leagues playable in England to be a tier lower than we have now, with simulated prom/rel up to 8 tiers below. That would give us Ryman Premier, BGB Southern league, and the Unibond to play with.

Could you Imagine the CPU requirements for this Scale, as you would need to impliment similer for the other top footballing nations aswell due to the fact that FM isnt solely on sale in the UK and other nationalitys would also be wanting similer attention.
to put it bluntly, if you thought CM4 was Slow, it would be lightning fast compaired to that if it was done that deep.
Now if it was say 2 leagues below playable, that is still an improvment without killing the system Spec that would be required, in my opinion.
but in order to simulate the promotions and relagations in an actual league format it would need to simulate the games each week, and then you will most likly have to add extra transfers within and outside those leagues as the way i understand it, in order to acheive what we want - a Proper Lower League Structure - the Extra Leagues will have to behave like a playable league just without the option of playing within them - hence it would put a drain on system resurces just like adding extra leagues does currently in FM
