PA scores

I have read lots about youngsters having PA scores of 180/190 or -9/-10. how do you find these scores out?

FM Genie Scout, you can get it from CM Frenzy. It is considered cheating though.

Knowing these values takes the fun and meaning out of the game. Thats just my opinion.
