How do u get rid of them??
I have tried mutual termination and i havent got the money to release them all...

Set their squad status to not needed, and transfer list them.

Then offer to clubs for free.

If possible try to give them some match time. 10 minutes at the end for a few matches will shift them a lot quicker, and may enable you to get some cash for them. If you have any players who aren't liabilities and the cash is an issue, then first team football is a great way to get a proper fee for them.

Some players will just be impossible to shift, especially if you've just started a new game or they haven't been near the first team for a few years. Try offering these guys similar contracts for a shorter period of time. If you still can't wait to get rid, at least the termination fee will be less.

Try and get people shifted out on loan. At least you won't be paying their wages, and some regular first team action may spark some interest.
