Would come down to licencing issues though, if they aren't allowed to use the players pictures or club logos they won't allow the stadium either.

Can't you add your own background picture anyway?

yeah what ever happened to the days of champ manager when you would see randon pics come up that was great! how is it possible to add them yourself?

Go to graphics forum. There are plenty stadium pictures to download there (there are even stadium megapcks you can download with over 1300 stadiums in it). Hope it helps

yeah the cm days were good. they had loads of different pics and they wouldnt all need licences cause they used sunday league teams etc.
