Can you tell your Board of Directors to stop moaning?
Every month they have a little gripe about something pathetic! You are managing a team expected to battle relegation and they will say "the fans are upset about the 1:0 loss to Man Utd" or "the fans are uneasy about the performances of.....(usually someone you didn't sign or don't even pick much!)". I am currently 6th with Derby and the board had a snotty little dig about Robert Earnshaw last month even though I only use him as a sub and he's actually managed 2 goals from 7 substitute appearances.

i had that when i just got promoted with cardiff, the fans are upset with the 2-0 defeat against arsenal. come on!! Another thing was when i was manager of cowdenbeath and got promoted and got the bank balance up from 2k to 600k, what was the transfer budget for the next season? £0. Meanwhile they cant stop telling me how pleased they are about the bank balance and how they're all in line for fatcat bonuses. I would like to be able to speak out.

the 'concern' over the bank balance is laughable. They were still worrying about that last season at Derby when it was £10m-ish AND the lowest I could finish was 14th so they would know at least £8m was coming there way soon!
I know what you mean about their bonuses - pay the £10m dividend if you have to, just don't rub my nose in it!!

It often seems to be a player who is mostly used as a sub that is critised. The whole board confidence/reports thing is shot to hell and, for me, has been the main failure of this game.
