OK here's the problem:

I have set myself a little challenge: start off in one of the second tier european leagues, I chose Portugal, and go on to win the Bwin Liga, then try and win the domestic titles in the "Big Three" leagues in as few seasons as possible.
Sounds straight forward enough but I'm getting my ass kicked in the Portugese L2 with Gil Vicente, one of the better sides on paper.
Does any one have experience of managing in Portugal L2 to help me with tacics, signings, etc...? 4-5-1 is proving harder to break down than I thought.
