your player starts spinning round in circles instead of passing the ball to one of his 5 open team-mates. Nearly always results in one of your opponents walking up, taking the ball and booting it to their forward to score.
I've tried to ignore this annoying feature by playing games with commentary only but you miss seeing if your players are injured that way.
