Default International Breaks

My players always seem to be so much more tired for a Satuday after coming back from an international game on Wednesday than they are playing under me. Does anyone have any tips to get them ready for that Saturday game, including what day to rest them from training?

Or should I have Queiroz complain? (He happens to be my assistant right now)

You could make the players only play 45mins or even withdraw them from internationals.

Only applys to friendly games though.

Maybe reduce training a bit?

it reflects real life to be fair, if players are playing on wednesday then flying back from wherever to play a match 3 days later, there bound not to be 100% fit i like that its like that to be fair.
