I got this sort of problem, i have Julio Baptista in my team, yet his picture rarely appears, i just have a blank space. I have checked and i dont think i have a duplicate picture, so anyone know whats going on?

Also, is there an option of removing the "face in the game" pics?

Laxly, just delete the 'regens' folder.

No idea what the problem would be for pics not appearing though.

Not sure if mine is official SI or a downloaded one, but it does work sometimes, other times its just not there.

Make sure you don't have the pics referenced in more than one config file.
If the pic is sometimes there and sometimes not then more than likely his ID will be in a config file in a different folder (either by mistake or because he moved/loaned/national team).
If the pic doesn't appear at all then more than likley the config file has the wrong ID.
Load up FM -> options -> perference -> tick unique IDs -> go to players with pic not showing up that you have pics for note ID (will be list of numbers under name).
load up config file in notepad scroll down to his ID/name and make sure the ID matches the game ID and the name matches your filename.

Just checked my computer for "baptsita" and it only found 1 picture and i can't find any duplicates.

Any other ideas?

The pic might be listed under his unique ID, you'd also have to check the config files for his ID (First check the config file in the same folder as the baptsita and make sure the unique id is correct/present if that doesn't work check any Brazil National packs, then check any configs where you don't have one of those pics not showing.
If every other player pic shows then you'd have to check each config file to make sure it doesn't have an extra entry for baptsita (or just copy the baptsita pic to each player pic folder - may be quicker if you have many packs and hard drive space isn't an issue)
