How do I set up an action to give me a size-defined rectangular marquee tool?

I want to cut a 125*58 section of club logos (obviously the logo has to be larger than this), and it would be easier to get the exact size without having to 'guess' repeatedly until I get it right?

Can anyone help? I think Ter's action is similar (95*95 for the player pics) but I can't quite get the hang of it.

Select the marquee tool. Then look in the top toolbar, click the "Style" dropdown menu and select fixed size. :thup:

As for creating an action, bring up the actions palette and select "create new set". Then simply click the record button and perform the tasks you want to record. Then click stop.
