Have you removed the config files that came with the game (they will be located in the italy/ita folder instead of the league folders) or any config files for old Italian packs you've installed.
Also turn the skin cache off if its on the preferences menu and restart FM or switch skins.

Need help badley with italy club logos and kits Post #3
Goto where you installed Football Manager then:
\data\graphics\pictures
then go into the kits folder then clubs and there should be several folders named by country/league with your kits in.
- If you have more than one folder for a country delete one of them (look inside the folder before hand to see which of the two folders you want to keep).
- If you don't have more than one folder for the country go into the folder, there should then be several subfolders named by league, again if you have more than one folder per league delete the one you don't want. If you don't have more than one folder per league open the league folder and check if there is a file called config.xml inside, if there is then delete the config.xml file sat inside the italy/ita folder.
Then repeat for the logos folders.

- Apply the patch (6.0.3) if you haven't already (updates some graphics).
- Download any graphics/add-ons you want (but don't install them yet). Just download the files to your desktop or my documents folder.
- Browse to the \data\graphics\pictures folder (To find where you installed FM, right click on the desktop shortcut -> properties -> shortcut tab -> cick find target.
Open the kits\clubs folder and delete any country folders for kits that you have downloaded (so for example if you have downloaded an Italian kit pack, delete the Italy or Ita folder (can not remember what they are called by default).
If you are only downloading kits for non-licensed leagues (say the engish Premiership) and still want to use the default kits that came with the game, don't delete the folder.
Also DON'T DELETE THE FOLDER CALLED DEFAULT.
Now after you have removed the kits you don't want (and are replacing), go to where you downloaded your graphics and unzip the folders one by one into their own folder. Open the folder and transfer the folder that has the kits (and config file) in to your graphics\pictures folder. (For easiest sorting create a new folder in the kits\clubs folder for each country and name by country without capatial letters or spaces) and drag the league folders into the country folder.
If you still want the default content installed by the game (badges/kits) then when you transfer your new kits drop them into the existing country folders but don't overwrite anything so they leave the existing stuff alone (the default kits won't affect them if the game doesn't include them to start with).
Repeat for each league and country you want kits for.
Now you should have all the kits you want in the kits folder.
Next repeat for the logos - the licensed logos will be the same ones as the kits (so no English Premiership, but English Lower Leagues).
After you have done this, load up Football Manager goto Preferences untick use skin cache, and tick show badges/lgoos click confirm/OK and exit FM. Load up Football Manager (it'll take a little longer to load) now load your save game or start a new one, and you should have logos and kits for your teams.
If everything is working fine, you can turn the skin cache back on.
