well, if you knew how to use these files, then you would know where to put them.

These files are only useful for creating editors, for which you need a lot of good programming skill, which if you had, im sure you wouldnt need to ask here.

As steven said, they're completely useless to you. They're not part of the game but for programmers who wish to use them for creating editors and suchlike.
