I cant get any logos, kits or anything to work on my fm2006. anyone no why?

Having had a look at the config files for the existing files I think this is how it should be done, though it should be noted that I haven't actually tried it.

Kits should go in this directory:-

"Football Manager 2006\data\graphics\pictures\team\<Team ID>\kits\"

With the names home.png, away.png and third.png

Logos should go in this directory:-

"Football Manager 2006\data\graphics\pictures\club\<Team ID>\"

and should be called logo.png

nope just wont work, do i need to put the xml file in the folder containing the pictures or in thr main Kits/logos ect folder.

Always helps if you try things first...

Anyway after much headbanging and cursing I have finally got the bloody things working.

First create a directory for each type of picture you want to put in the game in the graphics\pictures directory (e.g. one for logos, another for kits, etc) and then download this tool:-

Tell it the directory the files are in and what type they are (note it really helps if they're already named <Team ID>.png) and it generates the config files for you.

There are instructions in the Graphics forum. It's more than likely you have skin cache switched on so any changes aren't being loaded
