Been using Matt's training schedules (recommended by many people on here) but my players stats keep falling away. And this is with players under 24. I used Matt's schedules after noticing that my own ones weren't working but the same thing is happening here. Anyone else noticed the same thing?
This is a very annoying thing as it does not encourage nurturing young talent. And its depressing too when you buy someone who is decent but you know that they are just going to get progressivley worse. Hmmmmm....
And yes all my coaching categories are 4 or 5 star.

Nope, not noticed the same thing. All my player stats generally go up over the season. Injured players, old players, depressed players and players with stats that have already peaked tend to drop though.

Well, I mean I'm doing ok. First season with Cardiff and I'm 5th - so no complaints there. Plus just signed some Spanish winger on a free in the January and he scored a hat-trick on his debut away at Wednesday!!

Sorry, got carried away there. My point was all my players are very happy at the moment but still stats are dropping. Been looking at that thing where you can track you players stats over the year, they're all going down...

Yes this is happening to me also and it is damn annoying. Have just read a huge thread about it in the bugs forum and it seems to be affecting alot of people.
I'm sorry to say i'm not sure if anything will be done about it in the patch.
