Is Flair can be improved by training?

I think flair is very important in this game for Strikers and wingers. I'm not sure what training can improve this attribute!!!

May someone tell us about that?

don't think Flair can be improved by training, it's just a natural attribute that you've either got or you haven't

I'd say it's more of a characteristic than an attribute; but then it's all speculative.

Any visible attribute in the game can change. Yes, even bravery, aggression, influence and determination.

not all stats can be trained though, some only change with age

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.
