Is there any better way to compare players than the current view in game? It's hard to compare the two with those bars and numbers.

yes

Go into the players stats part, then theres a tab top right corner called view, theres a funky overview type chart in thier, also in pref options theres the option to have bars instead of number stats.

I don't think that there are other ways but perhaps you could post what you what in the wishlist in GQ?

On a side note, perhaps in future versions they could include staff comparison?
