I need some advise on how to deal with red cards. There are two likely scenarios- direct red, and two yellows. Whats the best way to deal with the player who was red carded after the match? In previous versions of FM if you gave an official warning, the player would get unsettled as they would feel they were not rightly treated. Any ideas?

I was punishing my players for a red card in last game,cutting their week salaries,and now they are more polite on field with cards.and they didnt made any troubles to me about it.BUT remember,this is a big crappy BUG made by creators of FM2007 with those cards,my whole team has the yellow card limit icon constantly and they are suspended for game often,or they simply anyway get red card,expecially those more hard on the pitch.Dani alves,Camoranesi,Kehl,Kerlon...i think they could beat world record in cards...but this is huge FM BUG and they should fix it with new patch

WHen my players get red cards i never do anything about it, just leave it.
