Now, I've read many posts about the best ways to play and win in different situations - but can't seem to apply them to my team.
I'm in my first season in L2 with Torquay. The bulk of the players are, honestly, really bad. With this in mind I have designed a very basic but solid tactic, with counter attacking a must. This is now where the problem lies. At the start of the season I'm always the underdog, and of course, this system works well. Now, I'm becomming the bookies favourite in many of these games, and I know that this means I need to play with a more offensive outlook - but my players are nowhere near the atandard where I can give them creative freedom, or let my full-backs overlap the wingers to whip balls in.
So, How do I play?
