Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default 2 questions

1. Is there a benefit if I rest my players occasionally? In fact how many days should I use up in a month to rest my players?

2. What is the optimal workload for training? I tend to setup the training that its almost shows "high" on the workload bar. It is on medium but if I move it to the right a tiny bit, it will show "high". Is this optimal or too hardcore?

1. Rest them when the game tells you they need it.

2. There's a marker on the slider, right when it goes from medium to heavy. My advice is not to cross that marker during the season. At most, only during pre-season training, and even then I would rarely do it.

Yep the workload is right just below that marker, but the question is, isnt that too high also?

1) I never rest players, unless I really have too. But usually my players are never under 90% condition.

2) Depends on how demanding your season is being. If you find you not getting too much injuries and the players are happy with the schedule then don't change it. But if there un happy or you getting a fair few injuries, you might wanan tone it down slightly.

I tend to set the slider one notch above default. No one seems to complain or get over-tired then.
