Ive developed position specific training for my senior squad. Is this ok or is it better to have all outfield players on the same training regime.

Congradulations- few ppl go to this effort. It is well worth it. i mean who wants a striker to tackle- that is to say when they could be shooting instead. However the success depends on ur particular schedule.

As a general rule if in doubt leave it in. but again i tell my defenders not to practice shooting and to focus on tactics and tackling- but ppl make mistakes- defenders need technique for example so they can head well- even if dribbling etc is useless.
