I have just played the first three games in season one. Leeds [a] won 3-1, Plymouth [h] won 2-0 and Burnley [a] drew 0-0.

In all of these games my h/t team talks were to encourage or pleased when 1-1, 1-0 and 0-0. At full time my talks were, pleased or delighted at win. I also gave praise to the M.O.M. in my team.

I now get this from one of my players who is described as "professional"! Does not like the way that I talk to players. Considering his options.

This scenario seems to be coming from alot af managers. Therefore, I can only assume that this is not down to the users of the game. Would anyone from SI or someone with inside knowledge care to enlighten me, please?

I think encouraged is more for when your team is behind.

You be best asking thsi in GQ though, you'll get a better response.

Cleon. I posted as you suggested. As you will see, the amount of interest is negligible. If you have some infinite amount of inside knowledge with SI, is it possible for you to raise the subject, please? kind regards.
