Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

moses6 is infamous around these parts
Default Training Overview

Is it just me who really dislikes the current training menu?? The previous version seemed so much better when you could decide what activities you did and when. (I quite liked being able to bring my players in on Sunday morning for cross-country if they'd had a stinker the day before!) The current one seems completely unreal. Though coaches probably decide the majority of activities, maybe this is something you could discuss with coaches at the start of the week. At least you'd feel like you were having a proper effect on your team. If anyone watched Big Ron Manager, you may have noticed that Steve Bleasdale didn't set his sliders for ball control and aerobic. He made them do passing and sprinting!! Bring back the old training menu!!!

I agree with you. I believe training should be more skill and activities-oriented. Using he current training style makes it hard for the manager to interract with the team's training.

I think the old style, when you could select activities for your team is more like IRL.
