Is fitness linked to CA/PA of a player? (eg. A player is really great technically but physically, he might not be able to stand the pressures of the EPL (Average strength, average speed etc) and I want to train him up by giving him say, a 2 week - 3 week Fitness training schedule with high Aerobic and Strength training.)
So yeah, that's the situation mainly, a guy with great technical skills but quite bad physical stats. Scout says he's playing close to his full potential, and I put him on full Fitnees training for a week (Gave him a little Ball Control, Attacking and Tactics as well) and after I assigned him to his normal schedule again, his fitness stats drop back to normal. Low as ever. So is fitness by any chance linked to CA/PA? If so, I guess I know why my fitness training is being stupid.
