This guy basicly can coach anything execpt goalkerppers ofcourse. Hell he can even be a 4 stars Physio as well.
Just 1 problem he doesn't speak English. I'm Man Utd. Will that be a problem?

Also his adaptability and Determination not so good, will that affect the training?

He has low motivation skills too, so coupled with low determination and adaptability I would tend to avoid taking him on. But surely as Man Utd you shuold have few problems attracting coaches of a higher rep than "national" you should be aiming for "continental" as a minimum standard. Language is not the prominent issue here in my opinion as he should adapt in time, I don't ever recall a foreign staff member in the game moaning that he "can't settle in the area"...

About the REP.

I was mistake just like you before. However, the REP appears to be the most UNRELATED at all. The REP will increase depends on how the team the coach serves. I sign a guy who was "UNKNOW", after 2 years with me. He is WORLD CLASS, his stats doesn't change one bit.

About the language, will he learn English after staying in here?

Never had anyone who didn't learn the language if they stopped long enough,if you buy lots of Spanish,Mexicans,etc he wouldn't need english

Sign him. His versatility in coaching would be beneficial.
