This tactic has rocketed me into third place in the Premier League as a newly promoted team. I have taken Welling from the lowest playable division in England and achieved promotion every year. My players arent that good. But I have tried to purchase players with speed, and this tactic seems to go fantastic with fast players...

I have played 27 matches, and after a slow start, I decided to make some tactical changes, which lead to my current tactic. And I am now 17-3-1 over the last 21 games (cup games included).

Do you tweak at all during games?

What team talks and opp instructions do you use? This can make a big difference.

Haven't tweaked it in the 21 games I've used it in. I have however changed to a more defensive tactic in one or to games with maybe 15 minutes left...

I normally never set any opp instruction. Only if I'm up against C. Ronaldo, Messi and such... But every time in the past I've set opp instruction on a player, that player scores!!
