Ok, so ive been interested in how quickly young talent can develop, we all know first team football is esential in order for young players to improve, so this ( at the moment ) is a way of how quickly players can progress with first team football.
Some of the players featured are playing for me, Nottingham Forest, currently in the Championship, with a Training Facilities stat of 15, some are playing for my Feeder club, Chesterfield, currently in league 2, with a TF stat of 5
The players in my first team are:
Bernhard Schaaf, a 16 year old DM with a PA of 199
Henri Saivet, a 19 year old AMRL ST with a PA of 196
Pedro Sandro, an 18 year old DM with a PA of 181
Ryan Whitehurst, a 20 year old ST who is an academy product, he has a PA of 180
Brendan Moloney, a 21 year old DRC who is an academy product, he has a PA of 179
The players on loan at Chesterfield are:
Alberto Paloschi, a 20 year old ST with a PA of 192
Michael Klinger, an 18 year old AMR with a PA of 191
Sven Keller, a 17 year old MC with a PA of 185
Albert Valle, a 19 year old DC with a PA of 179
I also have a "control player" in the reserves, just to see how he progresses without first team football:
Preton Edwards, a 20 year old GK with a PA of 175
all the players were obtained on free transfers ( apart from Moloney and Whitehurst ofc )
All of the players in my first team and the Chesterfield team play regular football, with Schaaf and Sandro rotating
I shall post screenshots of the training schedules i use ( any input is apreciated! ), the players who are still on a youth training schedule are still on the general schedule ( ramped up to just below Heavy ) those eligible for a first team training schedule have schedules tailored to their specific position.
This is their progress in the last 3 months:

Kinda hard to get a young player develop through first team football when you're managing a team such as Chelsea I hope that playing in reserves/on loan will be enough.
Serek - bring them in on games you fully expect to win as even if they play like blind dwarf with no legs the rest of the team will carry him. Try it in early cup games, games against teams in the relegation zones, etc
