im starting a new game with Rushden & Diamonds and i haven't got a big transfer budget does anyone know good youngsters i can get cheaply(or free) witch have the potential to be the new Ronaldinho or Zidane

Impossible. If you want a League 2 Ronaldinho or zidane, then go for a player that used to be "the new X" but ended up as a flop. You won't get a player with that amount of potential on the cheap.

For other players, try Scot Sinclair (Chelsea). Not world class but Champions League qualtiy.

The easiest way would be to look on the genie scout. You won't get players that will be the best in the world at rushden as the training facilties are poor, the tutors aren't great etc.

ok but do you know any good players with potential witch don't play in england(e.g Brazil)

Yes, but you won't have enough money to buy them and they wouldn't get a work permit anyway. You won't be able to scout anywhere outside of the UK anyway so you can't find regens. You need to concentrate on getting promoted until you have a big enough transfer budget/reputation/a feeder club to get good players from outside the EU.

youve got to be joking me do you really think the next ronaldinho or zidane would be happy enough to play for R & D your best bet would be to use the editor and cheat your reputation to max with a huge transfer budget aswell

Samir Nasri is said to be the new Zidane irl. I brought him to my Inter game as a replacement for Riquelme and with 19 years he's doing quite fine.

Hi Rushden Boy,

I can understand where you’re coming from and what you want to achieve. However, as already mentioned, you won’t be able to attract many of the youngsters that have a lot of potential. The problem is, even with those that you do manage to get; your club doesn’t have the best coaching staff or facilities to improve these players to where they could be. Another point to consider is that these players will get impatient with playing for your team, especially if you’re not winning and getting promoted every season.

Like the others I would suggest that you spend as little as possible but focus on getting your team promoted. Any team, such as R & D, is going to be a long term project.
