I'm managing Rayo Vallecano and 5 years of straight success since i started. Getting promoted twice in a row and winning the Spanish league 3 times in a row + 2CL wins and 2 Cups.

I started off buying in youth players only and let them develop. Most of them turned out to become world class players. I sold a few of them, but in some other players... and so on.

Don't wonder about my finances, its all without cheating. Having affliates around the world and 3 top scouts always finding true talented players, works wonders.

Now my question is, who should i buy for next season? Is there even a slight chance to improve my squad at all? Or is this the best it can get?

I would replace Leyrielton. I don't like him, didn't play well enough but if he's playing well for you then keep him.

there's my problem, kinda everyone plays well, but i want the players to compete for their 1st team places. ATM there's clear 1st teamers and clear backups, as u can see on the pic of my squad

i would say you entire defence besides ustari and bale, and put kaka at amc or cm if you must and play ronaldo on the right and guardado on the left, otherwise good job and you got a squad of worldbeaters

Move kaka to AMC, Guardado at ML and Ronaldo at MR

You need a new DR and two new CBs and you're squad would be great.

Schweinsteiger - 24M
Fabregas - 55M + Saez
Marcelo - 31M
Kompany - 33M
Sobis - 21M
Pique - 49M
Navas - 15,5M
Silva - 17,5M

and selling
Guardado - 51M
Saito - 9M
Arteta - 11M
Kranjcar - 17,5M
Carlitos - 12,5M
Others were dropped to Rayo B

i didnt replace Leyrielton cause he just got voted to europeans Defender of the year and being 20 he is dubbed the next Daniel Alves.
I got Marcelo instead of guardado cause his stats are far better for being a winger.
Crossing, Dribbling, Passing, Accel & Pace are all 18+ and my scout told me that he has the potential to become better than Guardado.
Francia as DC is an awesome regen, who had an average rating of 9.14 in the U19 squad, with 27 apps.

Any more suggs on what to change or who to buy in?
