No. Just put down a silly asking price for your players and hope that potential buyers get put off by it. Also, try to get on the players "favoured personnel" list and then when another team offers him a contract, you offer him a bigger one and hopefully he'll decide to stay.

or you can change user to the team that is trying to buy your player and it will stop the bid

You can edit you chairman's stats like business and interference in the editor
