Van der Vaart for 10 mill, like QOTS sed stancu, maybe bring in some loans, also pick up Henri Saivet from bordeux for around 400k, throw him in your youth team and watch him develop

it seems like everyone who plays fm will end up having similar squads because they sign the same players.

everyone suggests stancu, aguero, fernandez...
but i guess its all personal prefferance. i try to keep as much of the team as british as i can, but to have a bit of realism i guess and build the team around the players i already have at tottenham, like berbatov, keane, bent, king, lennon etc.

i signed downing, barnes, bentley, and samba for my tottenham team.

i have an updated patch aswell, which means i have woodgate and hutton.

previously i signed cassani, L/R full back from palermo, only 2 million, in previous games i have managed to sell him on for 16 million to liverpool.

tottenham do have quite a large squad, quality is questionable of course, but a few of the players like taino can come in cup matches against lower league teams and do well.

FMFormation have got there own upto date database out now.just put fmformation in google and their website will pop up and its linked in there. Its ok to play with until the official patch comes out.

Players for Spurs;

Young GK at liverpool, (Australian) great backup for Robbo whos ok for a season or 2, spend this seasons cash on outfield players.

Free Russian captain (forgot his name) Ignasalvich??? Great DC for any EPL.

Samba - Blackburn, never let me down.

AML - Malbranque plays well there. Try him until jan transfer and see if u can get Guardalo (i think) hard to get straight away as he's just signed with his club.

To be fair, spurs dont realy need many players at 1st...just need to wait a few weeks until the injured players are back.

Id stick with what you've got until Jan transfers, hopefully people will come in for Malbranque/Taino/Ghaley/ etc... fringe players who can get rid off then.

Id spend what you can on good young players at put them in the reserves for the 1st season / off to feeder clubs.
