As i am athletico madrird in this game
i have a good method for managers in the la liga league by buying young wonderkids stars from south america wait till they are 18 after that they are eilgble for citzenship then offer them a new contract if they accpet they will spainish nationality and by then they will be 20 so they will be playable for you.
you decide if it is or is to much of a wait or is it worth the wait?

depends, for me it's worth it tho i only have breno atm and he's obviously a definate player for the future so 2 years is nothing to wait for someone who hopefully you'll keep for 5+ years easily.
