hiya just a bit stuck with my liverpool team i cant get them playing well and i have tried bringing in a few new players most recently Michael Owen.

I am just wondering if anyone has got any suggestions on tactics, payers and general info on how to improve the team.

play Gerrard behind 2 strikers in a diamond with wingers and give him a free role and you will be sorted(play Mascherano not Alonso, or go to 3 a the back and play them both.)

DM I'm sure. With a lot of through balls as well since he's a good passer.

As an alternative, you could try 4-3-3, with

GK: Reina
DR: Finnan
DC: Carragher
DC: Agger
DL: Aurelio
DM: Mascherano
CM: Alonso
CM: Lucas
AMR: Gerrard
AML: Kewell/ Babel
ST: Torres

This works pretty well with the players you have at the start.

Gerrard is a waste on the right, play him in the middle. I usually play:
(4-1-3-2)
GK: Reina
DL: Aurélio
DC: Agger
DC: Carra
DR: Finnan
DM: Xabi (by sentimental reason)
AML: bought player (usually Vicente,Pedersen or Marcelo)
AMC: Gerrard
AMR: Babel
ST: Torres
ST: bought player (usually Owen)
