I started a game with Hibs not long ago, I signed loads of eastern european players and Scandinavians. Look at the Nation's Under 21 set ups there is always a gem in each team.

My signings that made a huge impact:

Borut Semler - slovenia
Niels Roogiot *something like that, belguim*
Kristiansen - denmark

check the romania under 21 team and try and sign stancu, ropotan, mardare, sepsi, sburlea, torje and sarghi. All of them will come to you and all turn out good. Also have a look at the israel under 21s.

Bogdan Stancu is an absolute quality sigining, i'm man utd in fm08 season 07/08, and he is doing superbly!!

make sure whatevyou do that youve got steven fletcher on a contract till 2012 because he is an absolute goal machine, him and stancu up front will get you challengeing the old firm, and hearts(seeing as im a jambo)
