He maybe talking about the beta patch..

And people should not be that rude to the guy, it maybe a innocent mistake or just a silly joke..

But i am 100% the patch is not out yet...

I disagree. Its blatant mischief making which considering the situation isn't funny and is in contravention of what SI have asked
