Default How do you know if 2nd patch overrides the first?

Hi.

i`ve downloaded both patches. As they have the same version number, can someone please advise how I can tell the 2nd one is working. The speed seems a bit faster, but then there are a lot of goals still from corners which aren`t fixed...

I also heard that you have to start again to benefit from the match engine fixes in the 2nd patch. Is this true please?

You can't tell from the version number as its a beta patch. The 2nd patch was bigger as it contained some spanish face pics

The patch is compatible with saved games providing the fixtures and stadium issues haven't occured in which case you'll need to restore back to a save file before it happened and then apply the patch

SI normally recommend yo start a new game to get full and quick benefit of the changes but its not essential

If I was you I'd continue your game with 2 nd patch and restart a new game when the full patch is released. This is of course what I would do, others may say different

Thanks. I did download the 2nd patch, as it was bigger. But how can I tell it has been applied to the game?

Is there a players pic I can look for? Or any other noticeable difference.

Cheers
