Play 10-0-0, with hard tackling, closing down in own half only, and fairly narrow.

That will stop you conceding :thup:

1. I'd re-read the tactics section in the manual, a lot of info here
2. Like real life 1 master tactic will be unlikely to work. At a basic level I'd have a home and away tactic, getting more detailed you'll need to assess the opposition and adapt accordingly...do they have a slow back four, are one of the fll backs below standard quality, do you need to watch an opposition playmaker and shut him down etc. Loads to think about.

A lot of people (not me) have tactics for home and separate ones for away. They say it makes a difference. I prefer getting my players to play how I want them to play game in, game out. I feel it works better that way.

You have to find something that works for you.
