Whats the deal with this, the only reference i can think off to this in real life would be Niall Quinn, and yet i keep seeing players becoming chairmen.

I havnt see mthem take over a team, but then unless its minei spose i wouldnt, do they wait around until they are much older or take over clubs when they are 34?

And with all possible features SI could have come up with, is this really justified?

yeah its a problem i noticed that if they dont become scouts, coaches ec they seem to all become chairmen
