Im playing in Romania , managing Poli 1921 in my first season. My stadium capacity is 30k but I only fill 19k usually except i filled the full stadium against Steau Bucharest not long ago.

Any way you can request a fan day or something to improve the attendances

I thought 19,000 was pretty good, so had a peak at the editor to check out your side.

Their max. attendance is set to 33,000 so I guess if you manage to achieve continued success you should at least come close to filling your stadium. Nothing else you can do though.

The max attendance for a club rises alongside the average; if you are continuously successful, play good football, then attendences should slowly rise.
The max attendance only says the most you can get at this moment, in important matches.
