Domestic Player Bias and Club/Player Loyalty

Hi guys, my Domestic Player Bias is down to a '3' rating, and my Club/Loyalty rating is a '5'

How and what do I do to increase these very very low numbers, 3 + 5 don't look good on my managers profile :eek:

Help please!

Sign players that come from the country your manager comes from for Domestic Player Bias

If you are linked with a job , say you are not interested for Club/Player Loyalty

Is that it?? I thought it might be to do with me not commenting etc when old players play against my team.

Surely there is more that affrects Domestic Player Bias and Club/Loyalty ?
