I have just noticed a slt sign next to Sergio Aguero so a clicked it and he is "worried by the lack of managerial discipline". So i checked my squad discipline in my stats and it is 20.

Does 20 mean that i dont discipline my team at all or that i discipline them when they are in the wrong?

I had several players at the same time suffer from this on my last save game with Olympiakos. I think it was because i didn't warn/fine a player who had his second red card of the season. Usually i warn players for reds, fining for violent conduct. But both reds he recieved were for second bookings so i didn't.

Maybe im too nice for the cut throat world of football management?
