is there any other programs u can use to make the 95x95.png pic 99% opacity ?

am using acdsee7 and i cant find out how to do so.

Other photo editing software can do the same...
ACDSee I don't know about, but there are plenty of demo/light versions you can download.

I was gonna recommend the demo Photoshop, untill I noticed that you can't save anything on it...bummer. Sorry.
Try the free PaintShop, maybe?
