for some reason i cannot get any graphics i download to work on fm 2008, i have a very basic knowledge of this kind of thing so sorry if the answer may be very obvious. I am downloading them and putting them in sports interactive/football manager 2008 but there is no graphics folder to put them in so i jst created one and put backgrounds and facepacks in there. I also created a skins folder and put a skin in there. None of these graphics worked on fm even after turning off skin cache, restartin game. The game does not seem 2 let me select the skin either. Can anybody please help me?

I'm having the same problem, I'm a novice in the graphics department (aswell as in every other aspect of fm ) and finally found this tutorial which made it seem so simple "http://sortitoutsi.net/index.php?page=articles&view=news&news_id=1920" I've followed the tutorial and have downloaded the Arsenal facepack from the first link provided in the tutorial, I used Winrar to extract the Arsenal folder to my graphics > Facepacks folder, launched the game, unticked the Skin Cache and still no luck!

Please help!

Ok I tried the tutorial aswell and still no luck either. There must be something we're missing out

Ah i've got it to work!

I don't know if this'll help you Scotsman as you may have already done it, but when you unclicked the skin cache did you tick the box which said 'Always reload Skin on Confirm'? I had left that unticked but i just ticked it and the facepacks have worked.

So untick Skin Cache and tick Always Reload Skin on confirm.

k well i was doing that before soo stil no use
