Is there anyway to edit Team Talks?

I remember there was a media event editor for FM2005 and was hoping there was going to be an editor for team talks for FM2006.

Can anyone from SI confirm whether team talks are hard coded or kept in a DB (I'm presuming they'll be in a DB)?

Team talk strings aren't xml-driven so there's no way of changing them currently.
