I ask the question becuase I have created a team with 12M, no depts, a 50000 seat stadium and a chairman with 18 for resources. Yet the board will not allow me over 15k p/w wages. This could be for one of these reasons.
All the players currently have low p/w wages despite being very good, therefore the board thinks that 15k is enough?
Or the highest wage happens to currently be 15k (for an amazing player)?
Its just got me a bit confused as I thought I had given the team enough resources to do high wages.
Generally, if all of the players have a low wage, then the board will not go over that. The best thing to do is attrition.
By that, I mean wear down the board by increasing your wages demands.
Offer a player the maximum you can. The board may then raise the wage limit again. Offer maximum again, and then see if they raise it. This method usually works for me in the first season at least.
Does one players salary affect anothers?
