Default A quick thread about FMScout and MCFM06

Quite a few threads popping up al over the place, here and in other forums asking when the aforementioned utilities are going to be finished/released.

A few post made are with genuine interest and others just plain arsey and in a demanding tone.

The creators of both of these programs do have other jobs and other things to do with their lives and although some of you would love it, they arent here just to answer your every demand to release these programs quickly.

As has already been answered on uncountable times by the authors, they will be ready soon. Michael Nygreen created the FMScout and is a paid employee to SI, and is in charge of writing the pre-game editor on the FM disk. The Scout program is his own and is FREE of charge to download whenever he has enough spare time to complete it.
MCFM is also a FREE utility that Dan Atkinson sort of had something to do with.
Again, it will be finished when spare time is available to complete it.

Dont quite know why ive posted this, just getting annoyed with the amount of arrogant mongs that DEMAND that these programs be released without further delay, when obviously thinkng that it is their right as a customer to demand this. Add to the fact about 4 new threads a day requesting this, when an endless number of threads are still on page 1!

Grrrr. Rant over. And yes i do believe i have my mods paper hat on today so blaze me if you so wish.

ps. There you go Dan, fiver on its way to the usual address?

Just one last thing, i havent bothered checking my spelkling/grammer or anything so if you want to bring it to my attention, then bless you.

Unfortunately Dave, I think at least one of these points has already been mentioned in the Editing FAQ which I would appreciate if people added to:

I can only assume that you didn't look before posting!

Erm, no. I was referring to "Al", Dan's special imaginary desktop friend.

I don't mind waiting, though I do enjoy fmscout to comparing my players values and attributes every 3-6 months. Now they have in game graphs to track attributes which are quite handy.

I think it would be a fine idea if for FM2007 they created FMScout as a utility that was available to download via a special key that came in pre-ordered versions of FM2007.

I only say this because of the many charge $1 for FMScout idea that many have been saying, which I'm not against at all.
