Is there a way to do this? I know you can't create one in the same way you can create a player or a club, but I had a couple of ideas I wanted to use. I found some unused competitions in the database called "Dummy Comps" or somesuch, and thought that they'd work, but I can't seem to get it to work.

I'm trying to create a sort of mini-champion's league at the start of the season, where the winners of the eight big leagues play each other over four matches pre-season. I also wanted to try and create a full champion's league style competition for Under-21s, 20s etc.

I can change the names of the dummy competitions, change the reputations and add the continent as Europe, but I'm unsure as to how to determine the prize-money, set when the matches are to be played, add specific rules and, most importantly, show who will be eligible. With the first competition I want the winners of each league to be automatically entered into it, and with the second I want the same teams that are in the champion's league (ie, 1-4 in England, Spain and Italy, 1-3 in Holland, Germany, France and Portugal), but their under-21s instead, if that makes sense.

Failing that, I'd like to just add in a regular competition featuring the big clubs, even if it means that it's the same clubs every year.

I might not have explained that very well, but I think it's a fairly simple concept. I just can't seem to get it into the editor that way.

You can't.

However, if you add teams(or even reserve teams) to these competitions the game will make it so that the players in these teams will get "games", although you will not be able to view them, or even see the fixture list. The teams will be given "appearances", "goals", "assists" and even "average ratings" on certain Sundays. I dunno how it is worked out, but they are included in player history and even tires players out and contributes towards match fitness.

It is useful for countries which do not have reserve teams.
