1st of all this is my first uploaded tactic since I am usually to lazy to write long threads
It is regular 4-4-2 formation with forward arrows on LM and RM. I have to say that it works better than FUSS tactic FOR ME.
Curently I use it with FC Bayern and it seems really good, especially in defence. (I am in year 2014 and I accepted the offer to take over Bayern this year) I don't have perfect squad since I had 0 money for buying players at the beginning of the season. So don't start to spam that it is easy cause I have "great" team.
Curent succses:
1st bundes league: rank 1 21 16/2/3 36/10
1/8 CL with only 1 defet till now vs chelsea 1-0 away
1/4 German cup
Havent been eliminated from any competition yet.

As I mentioned, they just appointed me as a manager this year and squad was really ****** up if you don't mind the expression and I had 0 money to spend for new players. I am curently on 21 wins in a row.
I suggest you to twak it a little, depends on opponents and score in game.
