\o/ I signed him for Welling. On loan for first 2 seasons then permanently in season 3 and he is like Tevez for me. btw I signed him without hearing about him on forums first.

The main point is, it helps if you got a quick, high flair and dribbling striker as well to pull apart the defenders. It works. Pace is very important.

I would recommend to buy pacey AM L or R. I got good ones and they have best avr in team and lots of assists. Also I would suggest one striker that's good in the air. And try using target men - if opponents' DC's are weak in the air, target that striker and to head. Else, target wingman and run onto ball.

One more hint: you need someone with good set pieces. Those few more goals from free kicks/corners are worth it. And from penalties of course, you don't want them wasted . My recommendation is Ciaran Donnelly, got him on free transfer (he's Scottish, I'm playing with Scottish leagues on so I don't know if you can get him playing England only) - AM R, incredibly fast, strong, good set pieces. Rest not so good, but for Conference he's great.

I was Moor Green, and found Gavin Grant myself as well, he scored 43 goals for me over the season and took me to 4th. Sadly I lost to the 5th placed side in the play-offs, Nuneaten.

Sadly as I foolishly signed him on loan and he didn't want a second season with us. I signed a attacking midfieder called Karl Noon (Ex-Liverpool) who was amazng in the air, so just played him up front as a replacement despite not being a foward.

Try to get Neil Tarrant off Workington. Makes a quality target man and got me promoted through the playoffs in my first season.
