So you can set specific instructions for your players to do, to certain opposition players. For example you can tight mark Henry, tackle him hard always and close him down often. And all your players will do this to that player.

I haven't used this option much so far, seem to do fine without it. Is there a way to tweek it so that my players will actually go out there trying to hurt (take out) of the game an opposing team player, or is tackling him hard as far as it goes?
If your playing against a defender who is playing poor and has a poor morale, set your instructions to "close him down" and "show onto weaker foot", this will put him under immense pressure and he will sometimes give the ball away cheaply.
